Joint Mobilization and Adjustment

Hands on manual therapy to increase or restore range of motion to a restricted or stuck joint. Adjustments can be applied to the neck, upper back, low back, pelvis, hips, knees, ankles, feet, toes, shoulders, elbows, wrists, toes and jaw.

Shockwave Therapy

Shockwave therapy is a non-invasive and non-surgical treatment solution that utilizes low energy sound waves aka (shockwaves) to help stimulate the healing of long-term tendon and musculoskeletal injuries. The shockwaves increase cell metabolism which helps the body get rid of old damaged cells and increase tissue healing. The increased blood flow stimulated by shockwave, allows more oxygen to reach the affected area, stimulating further tissue healing.

Myofascial Release Therapy (aka ART)

A hands on treatment consisting of holding and injuries muscles or connective tissue then gradually stretching the muscle through it’s full range of motion.

Custom Orthotics

Custom orthotics, often known as shoe inserts or arch supports, are foot supports designed to support trouble areas. They can assist in correcting a toe joint deformity, elevating the arch, and easing heel pain. When it comes to orthotics, customization is crucial. Custom orthotics, unlike generic, mass-produced shoe inserts sold over the counter or online, are made individually for your foot. They are made to match the curves and size of your foot and provide support exactly where you need it. There are many benefits of custom orthotics:

Corrects deformities: While discomfort is a symptom, underlying structural issues are frequently the cause. Custom orthotics help to correct the underlying cause of your pain, such as collapsing arches or high arches, rather than disguising it.

Relieves pressure: Cushioning and support are provided by custom orthotics, which redistribute your feet’ pressure. This is useful if you have arthritis or stand for long amounts of time at work. Orthotics can also help prevent pressure ulcers and other diabetic foot problems.

Improves health: You may be interested in custom orthotics because you have foot pain, but you may also benefit if you have backache, ankle ache, or knee discomfort as it can significantly improve your health and condition.

Your feet are responsible for maintaining good alignment and a healthy range of motion in your ankles, knees, and back. As your stride or stance alters to adjust for foot pain, it can cause pain and reduce mobility in your joints, muscles, and tendons. This puts a strain on your back and lower extremities' soft tissue and skeletal structures. Custom orthotics can help prevent these problems by restoring appropriate foot alignment.

Cupping

Cupping, both gliding and static, increase blood flow to the affected area while simultaneously providing decompression therapy to the soft tissue layers around muscles and joints.

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Therapy (aka Graston)

IASTM works like a standard massage, but specialized stainless steel instruments are used in place of the Dr's hands. These instruments allow more direct treatment of the soft tissues involved with movement, often helping release muscles of soft tissues in hard to reach areas.

Spinal Traction/Spinal Decompression

Spinal traction/decompression is a gentle stretching procedure using a computerized spinal decompression table to help relieve back and neck pain from disc herniations, disc bulges, facet injury, pinched nerves, spinal degeneration, and osteoarthritis. Spinal traction works to relieve pain by providing more space of the disc, nerves and joints in the spine.

Active Stretch Therapy

A hands on mental and gradual stretching method which employs the bodies own nervous system to help decrease tensions and pain in muscles and muscle groups.
